Cancellation Policy
🌿 Heartsong Village Policies At Heartsong, we keep our offerings small, personal, and community-centered. To maintain flow and fairness, here are our cancellation and rescheduling policies: ⏰ Classes Cancel at least 48 hrs in advance to transfer your credit to another class or workshop. Cancellations within 48 hrs: credit is forfeited unless your spot is filled. No-shows = credit forfeited. To cancel/reschedule: email heartsongvillage@gmail.com . 🌸 Workshops & Retreats Cancel at least 7 days in advance to transfer your credit. Cancellations within 7 days = non-transferable, credit forfeited. No refunds. Email heartsongvillage@gmail.com for changes. 🤍 Coaching & Personal Training Sessions are non-refundable. Cancel at least 24 hrs in advance to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hrs or no-shows = session forfeited. Emergencies: we’ll do our best to work with you. Email heartsongvillage@gmail.com . 🚪 Arrival Arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class begins, to maintain a calm environment. 🌧️ Cancellations by Heartsong If we must cancel due to weather or emergency, your credit remains valid for another class, workshop, or session. 🌼 Liability By attending, you agree to take responsibility for your own health and wellbeing and to inform the instructor of relevant conditions.
