Unwind and reconnect in this calming Gentle Yoga class. We’ll move through breath-centered postures, mindful stretches, and simple movements drawn from a variety of healing practices to ease tension and restore balance.
Perfect for beginners, older adults, or anyone seeking a nurturing practice. Each session ends with restorative rest or sound meditation to leave you feeling centered and renewed.

Core and Restore
Conscious Strength + Nervous System Support with Sound Healing with Amy

Build deep, functional core strength through slow, embodied movement—then drop into restorative poses and breathwork to calm the nervous system and integrate. This yoga-based class blends somatics, strength, and stillness to help you feel grounded, aligned, and fully at home in your body.

Qi Gong
Somatic Breath & Movement with Thomas

Flow into calm and vitality with this nourishing mind-body practice. Gentle Qi Gong sequences weave together with breathwork and somatic movement to melt stress, restore balance, and awaken your natural energy. Each class is a guided journey into presence — releasing tension, opening your breath, and moving with ease. No experience needed, just a willingness to slow down, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. Leave feeling lighter, grounded, and renewed.

A gentle, mindful yoga practice designed to help you slow down and reconnect with your body. In this class, Kaelyn guides you through fluid movements, intentional breathwork, and grounding stretches that build strength and release tension. Perfect for all levels, Slow Flow invites you to move at an unhurried pace, find balance, and leave feeling calm, centered, and restored.

Embodied Dance

This class is a guided journey of movement, rhythm, and breath to help you reconnect with yourself and others. Blending dance, Tai Chi, yoga-inspired stretching, & meditation, we’ll balance energy and calm in harmony with nature.

Mama & Baby: Yoga & Connection Circle
Bonding · Movement · Support · Connection
Tuesdays• 9:30–10:30 AM
Each class follows the natural flow of the babies, blending gentle, postnatal-friendly movement and breath with playful baby bonding activities. Together we create a nurturing support group where every mama has space to be real, heard, and supported.
Sessions close with calming breathwork, co-regulation, and a soothing sound bath — leaving both mama and baby feeling grounded and connected.
This class is designed for general wellness and gentle postpartum movement. It is not a substitute for medical care. Please consult your healthcare provider before beginning any new postpartum exercise program.

Family: Move + Play

A joyful all-ages class where caregivers and kids practice simple yoga, breathwork, songs, dance, and playful mindfulness together. Come move, laugh, and bond with your child while connecting with other families in a heart-centered community space.

SMR Release
SMR & Deep Release + Sound Healing with Amy

Sink into stillness with a blend of yin yoga and self-myofascial release (SMR). Long-held, gentle postures combine with simple rolling and release techniques to unwind deep tension, calm the nervous system, and restore mobility. This practice helps soften tight fascia, ease stress, and leave you feeling spacious, grounded, and renewed.

Somatic Breath

In this class we will tend to your emotional and energetic body. Together, we will pause, breathe, and return to a connected rhythm. We'll begin with gentle movement to land in the body, then flow into conscious breathing practices to relax the thinking mind, ground into presence and allow the wisdom of the body to be the guide.
Conscious, connected breathing supports in releasing stress and tension, relaxing into presence, and opening the mind to a wider awareness.
No experience needed- simply come as you are and lean into the possibility that your body holds the keys to your healing.

Family Dance & Song Circle
3rd Friday of the Mouth • 7:00–8:45 PM
Join us for a lively circle of music and movement where families connect through dance. We’ll flow from free-form play to simple guided steps, then close with group singing and instruments. All ages welcome — no dance experience needed, just bring your energy and spirit of fun!

Want to take class but need childcare?
Our rotating Caregivers Co-op lets parents support each other so everyone gets time to recharge.

A community-rooted program for moms and caregivers to enjoy weekly yoga while rotating childcare duties. This offering runs alongside our current classes, creating space for you to refill your cup through nourishing movement — while little ones explore outdoors, screen-free. It’s rest, connection, and village care in action.
***We ask for preregistration and a monthly commitment when possible to support planning and consistency. That said, we do our best to stay flexible — reach out if you have scheduling needs or would like to start mid-month!
