Unwind, stretch, and reconnect in this soothing Gentle Yoga class designed to calm the nervous system and release tension. We’ll explore breath-centered yoga postures, slow mindful stretches, and flowing movements inspired by Tai Chi to encourage balance, grace, and energy flow throughout the body.

Each class is grounded in presence, ease, and accessibility—making it a beautiful fit for beginners, older adults, or anyone seeking a nurturing practice. The session closes with restorative rest or a brief sound meditation to leave you feeling centered and renewed.

​Build deep, functional core strength through slow, embodied movement—then drop into restorative poses and breathwork to calm the nervous system and integrate. This yoga-based class blends somatics, strength, and stillness to help you feel grounded, aligned, and fully at home in your body.
