More than a class. A place to belong. A monthly gathering for women to slow down, reconnect, and experience meaningful connection and community. Each Circle may include: gentle somatic movement, embodiment practices, meditation, reflection, meaningful conversation, sound healing, and optional voice/singing and live music.
