Service Description

🌿 Kirtan: Music, Mantra & Community Join us for an evening of music, movement, and connection. We begin with a gentle embodiment practice to help you arrive in your body, release tension, and settle your nervous system. From there, we move into kirtan — a simple, heart-centered practice of call-and-response chanting set to music. No experience is needed. You’re welcome to sing, hum, or simply listen and receive. We close the evening with a restorative sound healing experience, allowing the body to fully integrate and relax. This is a small-group offering held in an intimate, home-based studio space — a place to unwind, connect, and be part of something meaningful.
