Women’s Wellness Journey A 6-Week Small Group Experience If you’ve had goals, intentions, or personal shifts you’ve wanted to make but haven’t been able to fully follow through on alone, this space offers support, structure, and community to help you move forward. This 6-week journey is designed to help women reconnect with themselves while exploring practical tools for creating meaningful change in everyday life. Together we’ll work with goal setting, limiting beliefs, nervous system regulation, and supportive habits that feel realistic and sustainable. Each weekly gathering includes guided reflection, group connection, gentle yoga and movement, breathwork, and sound healing to help support both the mind and body. Over the six weeks we’ll explore: • Clarifying goals and direction • Recognizing limiting beliefs and patterns • Nervous system regulation tools • Shifting habits and thought patterns • Creating supportive routines and accountability • Moving forward with greater clarity and confidence The group is intentionally kept small to allow for meaningful conversation, connection, and support. Choose Your Level of Support Group Journey — $249 Group Journey + 30-Minute Private Session — $279 (Most Popular) Use your private session for holistic health coaching, personal training, private yoga, sound healing, or a hybrid session. Group Journey + 60-Minute Private Session — $299 For deeper individualized support. Limited partial scholarships available. Participation Policy Because space is limited, registration is considered a commitment to the full 6-week journey. Payments are non-refundable, though you may transfer your spot to another participant with advance notice. Participants are asked to honor group confidentiality.
