Through gentle movement, breath, and sound healing, we’ll ground the body, open the heart, and awaken the voice.
Together we’ll sing medicine songs, mantras, and soulful community chants — creating harmony, presence, and joy through shared sound.
No experience needed — just come as you are, ready to breathe, move, and remember the freedom of your voice.
