Family Friendly Puppy Yoga

At Heartsong, we believe movement, animals, and community help us reconnect with our joy.

Family Puppy Yoga is a warm and welcoming space where kids and parents move gently, breathe together, and share soft moments with our sweet pups.

The puppies roam freely, offering cuddles and playful energy while we guide easy stretches and grounding movement. Children can wiggle, crawl, watch, or simply snuggle a pup in their lap — everything is allowed here.

Expect gentle stretching, giggles, puppy cuddles, and lots of adorable moments.

All ages welcome. No yoga experience needed.
