Hello
I’m Amy, founder of Heartsong Village Center.
This space was created to offer a slower, more compassionate approach to wellness — rooted in presence, connection, and belonging.
You’re welcome here, just as you are.
This work is shaped by lived experience, deep listening, and relationship.

Founder of Heartsong Village Center
Holistic Health & Movement Educator

Amy is the founder of Heartsong Village Center, a community-rooted space devoted to holistic health, movement, and embodied well-being. Her work is shaped by years of experience supporting individuals and families through movement-based practices, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle-centered healing.
Amy’s approach is grounded in the understanding that true health is not something to be fixed or optimized, but something that emerges through safety, connection, and presence.
Rather than rigid protocols or performance-based wellness, she offers a slower, more compassionate path that honors both the body and lived experience.
With training in Yoga, Somatic Movement, Personal Training, Tai Chi, Free Form-Trauma Informed Dance, and Holistic Health Coaching, Amy weaves together movement, awareness, and practical tools to support sustainable change. Her work is deeply informed by nervous system science, relational health, and the belief that healing happens best in environments where people feel seen, supported, and unhurried.

In addition to her professional training, Amy’s work is shaped by her own lived journey — navigating chronic stress, health challenges, motherhood, and the search for community in a modern world that often pulls people away from their bodies and each other. These experiences continue to inform the way she holds space: with humility, patience, and respect for each person’s unique rhythm.

Heartsong Village Center was born from this vision — a place where wellness is relational, learning is embodied, and people are welcomed as they are.
